Progress on many fronts

The framing is complete inside, the rough plumbing has passed inspection, the A/C ducting is partial, the windows are all installed and waiting inspection and the stucco is being applied so the exterior is starting to take shape.

Finally working inside

While the windows are still being delayed by city problems, the roof is dried in and the framer is almost done inside. The plumber is doing the rough-in work and the A/C contractor is starting. Once everyone is roughed in, a framing inspection will get us ready for sheetrock.
