Stairs going up

At long last the stairs are being assembled to check for fit while the drawings are still being worked on. As shown, the glass bolt holes are incorrectly placed and we are working with the vendor to replace them.

Tile on the floor and walls

We are laying the polished and matte tile on the floors as well as the polished white bathroom tile on the walls

Drywall goes on in a hurry

Drywall is due to be installed by Wednesday and inspected for screws on Thursday

Benjamin Moore takes on Paradise

The final coats of paint are being applied, also the very important framing inspection was passed successfully. The insulation has been applied, inspected and approved. By Monday the drywall will be started.

Painting is starting

While the window inspection issues are being resolved, the exterior is waterproofed and the painting is started. The three colors will be put on in two coats

The Stucco is done

All the stucco is done and the building is ready for exterior paint. The rough trade inspections are done and as soon as the window, truss and framing inspections can be completed the drywall will start inside. The stairs have arrived but are waiting for drawings.

Stucco work continues

The parapet wall around the A/C units has been stuccoed and the plumbing inspection passed. The electrical and A/C inspection is due for today
